Cross Country Purchase

Emily + Steve were ready to purchase a house in Portland, but wait, it was Covid and they were on the opposite side of the country, living in a small town in Maine. Understandably intimated at the thought of buying a home from across the country, I assured them it could be done! Buying a house can be both exciting and stressful, especially when you are doing it from 3,326 miles away. My goal: make it feel like they were actually in Portland. Emily, a Portland native, had a lay of the land. Steve, having visited many times, had a solid understanding of the city. It was up to me to bring Portland to them!
